I can honestly say I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are nice and clean. The service was great, staff was very helpful. No complaints *One thing I personally noticed was the great water temperature/water pressure.

Now, lower your expectations with this place. It’s a little pricy all things considered. You will need to clean because I’m certain they have NEVER mopped.I mopped everyday I was there and still couldn’t get the floors clean. And bring your own towels, dishes and blankets. Also too many suspicious ppl hang out there at night so if you’re fearful don’t bother. BUT I will say I did not see a bug of any kind. Which is weird being how much I had to clean. I’ve stayed at other hotels whos rooms looked better and had so many roaches! but this place did NOT! Which I appreciate. So for that you get a decent review.

Manager in front office was super friendly and gave us an awesome room rate. The room was very clean and the bed was huge. The housekeepers were also very friendly and brought my wife and I everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed at this hotel two days on New Years Eve and Day. I wasn't sure what to expect after reading many of the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The two gentlemen that were at the check in desk for the duration of my stay were very nice. The gentlemen said they had done a complete remodel of the hotel. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The amenities in the room were a refrigerator, 2 burner stove and sink. I especially liked that all surfaces were granite it made clean-up when I spilled water very easy. The only concern for me was that the blanket and bedspread smelled like it had not been washed. It smelled like body odor. I would suggest after someone stays to wash these each time. The location was great. Close to a major highway. Food Lion, CVS and a health center were just a few blocks away. I wasn't quite sure what the noise level would be, but overall it was quiet. There were some fireworks noise, but not from the hotel guests. There is a fire station near by so there were a couple of fire engines that went by, but overall it was quiet. The hotel grounds were clean. The gentleman at the front desk kindly fulfilled my request for extra towels. Overall my stay was good. I do hope that the owners of this hotel continue to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms, the grounds and continue to maintain and make any improvements that can be done to this hotel. I would definitely stay at it again if they do this. It saddens me when someone comes in and completely rehabilitates a hotel only to let it fall back into disrepair.

On the daily I forget my room key in my room. When I go down to the lobby and ask for a key they are always understanding haha. Service is great. I really appreciate the manager and owners help on a daily basis. All the staff here are pleasant.I recommend booking a stay here at the suburban studios here in North Charleston

We enjoyed our stay. Although there was some renovation going on (we could tell our room had been recently done) the room was very clean and smelled fresh. Great location. The only improvement I would suggest is cable and WiFi
